when I download the latest version mattermost app code via the link below, run `npm i && make run-ios`, and close the chrome debugger page, use rect-native-debugger to debug it. The button in the picture could not be clicked. And close rect-native-debugger, using chrome debugger page, everything is ok.

Reproduce the report with React Native 0.58.5 on macOS using `npm i && make run-ios`, then connect with React Native Debugger 0.9.7 after closing the Chrome debugger page. Compare the affected button with Chrome debugging; done means the button is clickable in React Native Debugger as well.
