Closing Redux Dev Tools should allow React Dev Tools to expand to full width

It'd be great if when you close the Redux Dev Tools (⌥⌘K) it completely removed the redux area and let the React Dev Tools and Developer Tools take up the full width.

Currently when you close the Redux Dev Tools, the right side stays open and shows "Waiting for React to connect..."

The reason for this: This should make it much easier to switch between debugging with the Redux Dev Tools and the React Dev Tools. I usually only need to use one or the other at any given time. Even with a large monitor, I find myself resizing the panes a lot, and this would get rid of that.

Start by reproducing the pane behavior in the React Native Debugger app on macOS, then locate the Redux DevTools and React DevTools layout or close-state handling. The work is done when closing Redux DevTools removes its area and lets React DevTools and Developer Tools use the full width without the waiting pane remaining.
