Invalid IPv6 URL

Hello, I am running this in a Jupyter Notebook to test it.

Python - 2.7
My RPC server is on a AWS instance.

I get the following error on this call:

How to resolve this?

Start by reproducing the shown AuthServiceProxy call and inspect authproxy.pyc around the service_url parsing, then compare its input with Python 2.7's urlparse.pyc behavior. Determine whether the client or the endpoint format is responsible, and document or correct the handling so the same RPC connection no longer raises Invalid IPv6 URL.
