Start with the failing testnet createrawtransaction call and inspect bitcoinrpc/authproxy.py around line 136, where the JSON-RPC request is sent. Trace the Python HTTP client send path shown in the traceback and determine why the connection closes before sendall completes. Done means the reported call no longer raises BrokenPipeError, with verification documented or covered by an available test.
