Installing paranoia 0.4.0 on Linux fails

I am getting the following error when trying to install paranoia 0.4.0 with brew on Linux

It looks like new [releases](https://github.com/jetstack/homebrew-jetstack/releases) are not being made for this repository, just [tags](https://github.com/jetstack/homebrew-jetstack/tags).
And the formula is setup to download releases.
