[JENKINS-30244] Stash command with includes: '**' fails due to "unclosed entries"

I highly suspect it's attempting to archive the DurableTask's controlDir.

Start with org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.flow.StashManager.stash and hudson.FilePath.archive, then inspect hudson.util.io.TarArchiver and the Apache Commons Compress TarArchiveOutputStream path shown in the trace. Reproduce a stash using includes '**' and determine whether the DurableTask controlDir triggers the failure. Done means the stash completes without the unclosed-entries exception and coverage verifies the affected case.
