Enhancement: JenkinsServer.getUrl() should return the base URL of the given server

We're currently evaluating some possibilities to communicate with a bunch of Jenkins Servers. I just started to use this very nice library and I think it would be very useful and suitable for us.

Now I have a few issues that I'd like to address here: similar to the JobWithDetails#getUrl() and BuildWithDetails#getUrl() objects, the JenkinsServer should offer a possibility to get the URL. Furthermore I wonder why JenkinsServer#getClient() is not available?

Start by locating JenkinsServer and compare its API with JobWithDetails#getUrl() and BuildWithDetails#getUrl(). Check how the server's base URL is stored and whether getClient() is exposed elsewhere; done means the requested JenkinsServer accessors have clear behavior and matching coverage.
