Description

The solution to Extract the money problem, uses the unary + operator, however, I don't see that explained anywhere in the Strings section. Adding an explanation of that would be helpful.

function extractCurrencyValue(str) {
  return +str.slice(1);
}

Research direction

Start with the Strings section and the Extract the money exercise linked in the issue, then compare its unary + usage with the MDN reference. Add a concise explanation of the unary plus operator where it fits in the tutorial, including how it applies to the shown solution.
