[patch] Add support for passing args to the debugged script (python)

Example:

:Dbg ". hello world"

Executes the current script with "hello world" as arguments.

Commencez par la gestion de :Dbg dans commands.py et le point d’entrée start_py dans new_debugger.py, puis comparez le patch fourni avec les fichiers actuels. Vérifiez que l’invocation d’exemple exécute le script Python actuel avec les arguments demandés et que le comportement existant du débogueur reste intact.
