build spec : Dependencies information missing

I clone this starter repo and cd into a-reason-react-tutorial. When I do the `npm start`, I get this:

I have done `npm install -g bs-platform`, and also `npm link bs-platform`. I'm using node v6.11.2 on a Mac.

Start by reproducing `npm start` in the cloned tutorial and inspect the dependency/build configuration that controls `bsb`. Check why `reason-react` is not found or built, then verify that the dependency resolves and the tutorial starts successfully. No specific file is named in the report.
