issues saving to network shares

ソースファイルやテストは指定されていません。まず、CIFS/SMB共有上の編集可能なPDFで保存フローを再現し、その後ローカルファイルの場合と比較してください。SaveまたはSave Asで行った編集が、Xreaderを閉じて再度開いた後も保持されれば完了です。

Xreader does not save correctly to a CIFS network share. local directories work ok.
When editing a pdf document with form fields, Xreader will ask to save the document. If Either "Save As" or just "Save" are chosen when the file resides on a CIFS (SMB) network share, Xreader will appear to save the document, however if Xreader is closed and the same document opened, it will not have been saved. If the document is opened from a local directory eg /home and edited and saved, the save works as expected. There do not appear to be any issues with permissions on the share, and other editors e.g. xed, libreoffice are working fine on the share.

Steps to reproduce
Open a form based pdf document using Xreader from a CIFS/SMB network share. edit the document and close. choose the "Save" or "Save as" option. Close Xreader and re-open the same document and check if edits have been saved.

Expected behaviour
"Save" or "Save As" should save any edits to an editable pdf document (e.g with form fields)

Other information
There do not appear to be any issues with permissions on the share, and other editors e.g. xed, libreoffice are working fine on the share. On an earlier install of Mint (19) with Evince and the same network share this issue did not occur.
