FileHistory return empty enumerable for deleted files

エントリポイント repo.Commits.QueryBy(fileName) から開始し、issue に記載されている削除されたファイルの履歴を再現します。ファイル引数の処理を、報告で示されている git log の動作と比較します。クエリが初期コミットと削除コミットの両方を返し、そのシーケンスをカバーするリグレッションテストがあることを完了条件とします。

Reproduction steps
- Create a file and commit
- Delete the file and commit
- Query the log for that specific file:
IEnumerable<LogEntry> logs = repo.Commits.QueryBy(fileName);
Expected behavior
The logs enumerable contains 2 entries (initial commit and delete commit)
Actual behavior
The logs enumerable is empty
