Unable to get Django up and running

Landofile、requirements.txt、/app/airlineclub/manage.py から始め、次に示されている appserver の起動を再現し、コマンドの前に build 手順が実行されるかを確認します。設定されたサービスが Django を import し、報告された ModuleNotFoundError なしで manage.py runserver を起動できれば完了です。

It appears that the build command isn't running before the command. What am I missing?
