What is the feature you'd like to have?
I'd like the element I've highlighted to stay highlighted when I page-up/down. IDA muscle memory is hard to retrain.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Perhaps not widespread, but I'm constantly paging up/down via keyboard when looking at a large function. When I've highlighted a variable of interest, it gets deselected when I use page-up/page-down keys.

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
I can use the scrollbar / scroll wheel / touchpad to scroll without moving the cursor, but that requires that I take my hands off the keyboard.
