Reproduce the reported behavior in Binary Ninja 3.1.3751 on Windows 10 using the single function view, then trace the view's scrolling entry point to identify why it permits scrolling beyond the function. Done means the view stops at the function boundary and no black gap is reachable by scrolling.

Bug Description:
I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour but here it is. There is a gap after where function ends when I inspect functions in single function view. Even if scroll bar looks like there is nothing to scroll, I can scroll down and see a big black gap.
