print statement causes skip module compilation

Start with the package reproducer containing faulty/init.py, faulty/fail.py, and test.py, then run the example with the Python 2-style print statement in fail.py. Trace the package-module compilation path and compare it with compiling a standalone module. Done means the invalid syntax produces an error instead of being silently skipped.

説明
when you have module inside package which has print statement, the module just not compiled silently without any syntax errors.
i.e.:
faulty [dir]
faulty\__init__.py
faulty\fail.py:
print 'fail' # expected to fail in python 3 as print is a function
test.py:
from faulty import fail
The example above will cause to compile without errors, but fail.py will not be compiled
However, when module is not inside package it causes syntax error as expected
