PowerShell comment recognition is not correct

Reproduce the PowerShell example in the issue and inspect the syntax-highlighting grammar responsible for comment.line.powershell. Compare the highlighting of arg1, arg2, and arg3 with the stated valid and invalid comment positions. Done means the first two arguments are not categorized as comments while the valid inline comment remains correctly highlighted.
