Ceinture of Benevolence to work in party tab

まず pull request #6757 を確認し、その後 party tab の実装と Ceinture of Benevolence のモディファイアがどのように表現されているかを追跡します。手動でカスタム mods を指定しなくても、アイテムの効果が party tab を通じて正しく表示されれば作業完了です。
