Angular Project creation fails with dependency issues on Node 15

Node 15.3.0 上で NativeScript CLI 7.0.11 を使用し、Angular Tabs テンプレートで ns create を再現してから、生成されたプロジェクトの依存関係の解決を調査します。Angular プロジェクトの作成が zone.js の peer dependency による ERESOLVE エラーなしで完了すれば完了です。
