tns test コマンドと、pull request #4381 の後で説明されている既存の tns test init フローから始めます。コマンドがアプリの準備ができていないと報告する箇所を追跡し、その後、対話的な確認によって終了せずに初期化が実行されるべき仕組みを判断します。VSCode 拡張機能については、issue で定義された要件ではなく追加のコンテキストとして示されているため、別途検討します。

After https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-cli/pull/4381, the test command will tell you to run tns test init if your app is not ready for unit testing. It will be better if we interactively ask the user and init the app without exiting the test command.
Additional context
We should also think about providing this in the VSCode extension.
