まず、tns debug android と tns run android --release のコマンドパスを追跡して、それぞれのビルド出力がどこで選択されているかを特定します。debug ビルドと release ビルドが別々のディレクトリを使用し、コマンドを切り替えても不要なフルビルドが発生しなくなれば完了です。

if nativescript have some way easily switch between debug build to release build it will be great feature.
currently when we run tns debug android it will build debug build.
after that running tns run android --release commang will build release package.
not if we run debug command again it will again run full build. which is quite time cosuming.

so if both debug and release build uses different directory then build time can be optimized greatly.
