`tns plugin add/remove` fails if there is dependency referenced as file

依存関係 "nativescript-drop-down": "file:../bin/dist" と tns plugin remove tns-core-modules を使用して NativeScript-Drop-Down/demo で失敗を再現します。まず、tns plugin add/remove がファイルベースの依存関係をどのように処理するかを追跡します。両方のコマンドが npm ENOENT エラーなしで動作すれば完了です。
