Description
Our rootlet models segment both dorsal and ventral rootlets:
Both dorsal and ventral rootlets are currently labeled as a single class (i.e., the same voxel value, e.g. `2`). In some cases, however, it may be desirable to delineate the dorsal and ventral rootlets.
--> develop a postprocessing method for the separation of dorsal and ventral rootlets.
