Logging Handler often encounters errors

Inizia con il metodo emit dell'handler di logging in simvue/handler.py, quindi segui la chiamata da simvue_fds/connector.py::_parse_slice e _slice_parser mostrata nel traceback. Riproduci l'avviso relativo al server obsoleto mentre il contesto Run è attivo e determina perché l'handler raggiunge log_event dopo che l'esecuzione ha lasciato lo stato running. Il lavoro è completo quando l'avviso non produce più l'errore di logging segnalato e il comportamento è coperto da un test appropriato.

I'm not sure why its trying to send an event when the run is not in the running state, since the logging I am using always does logging within the Run context
