Reproduce the issue on the linked React 19.3 documentation page by scrolling to the bottom, then inspect how scrolling and visible hash changes interact with browser history. Done means scrolling no longer adds each viewport hash as a separate history entry; verify the result by long-pressing the browser back button.

  3. long press the back button of browser and see the history
