Right now, the extension's injected mcp doesn't provide access to the comments on the comments tab, doesn't allow interacting with them directly in the chat window, and doesn't allow resolving, commenting etc.

I should be able to open a PR, have the chat window monitor for the code review from copilot to see if it's done, then have it query for the comments generated directly from the UI, and then interact and resolve them directly in VS code with the pr updated to reflect the resolution and commenting by the AI on the code review.

Right now it has to hack around trying to find the comments (which it fails at about 90% of the time) and then constantly fails to update them, resolve them or comment on them because none of this is properly defined to teach the AIs how to do this basic functionality.

And because it forces the AI to interact with the github mcp (which fails most of the time if you have multiple accounts in vs code) and doesn't find success at actually finding the comments and interacting 99% of the time, you're taking the AI out of the proper flow that the extension supports as a result.
