Hi,

Is there a way of downloading a specific item from an artifact resource without having to read the entire artifact contents as a zip file?

I'd like to be able to do something like the following:

artifacts = build_client.get_artifacts(build_id=summary.id, project=project_id)

for artifact in artifacts:
    if is_artifact_we_are_interested_in(artifact):
        # download desired file from artifact

But I couldn't find any function that would achieve that in this repository, neither in Azure Devops REST API documentation.
