What is the feature you'd like to have?
I'd like for binary ninja to be able to recognize more (old?) standard functions such as operator new.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
A fair amount of time can be wasted trying to figure out what a function does when in reality it's just the allocation function.

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
There is a writeup of how to do this manually, but it would still be nice to have it be the "default" behavior

In my case, I'm working with an application from 2005 built with the following:

Compiler: EP:Microsoft Visual C/C++(2003 v.7.1 (3052-9782))[EXE32]
Compiler: Microsoft Visual C/C++(2003)[libcmt]
Linker: Microsoft Linker(7.10)[GUI32]
