Hi All,

I am an experimental researcher working in the field of structural biology. I am currently trying to design symmetric oligomers that can bind to my protein at a solvent-exposed surface. The concept is similar to the ACE2 mimic AHB2 (left, teal) against the SARS-CoV-2 spike trimer described in Baker’s publication (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-023-06415-8)

However, I haven’t been able to find an example command line for this in the GitHub repository.

From what I understand, the workflow would be:

  1. First design a small binder targeting the protein.
  2. Then generate symmetric oligomers that incorporate the binder motif at the solvent-exposed interface.

Could you kindly provide an example script or command line for creating symmetric oligomers?
