ImportError: cannot import name 'filefind' from 'traitlets.utils' (/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/traitlets/utils/init.py)

Hi,

I'm trying to add an env with:
`python -m ipykernel install --name=py38 --prefix=/home/user/`

And I get the following error:
`ImportError: cannot import name 'filefind' from 'traitlets.utils' (/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/traitlets/utils/init.py)`
After the call of ipykernel/kernelapp.py line 33

With ipykernel 6.0 and 6.7 it works, but not with version 6.8
