ipykernel==6.3.1 incompatible with pycharm

Hello, just found a problem with the last version...
I'm using pycharm and I'm not able to debug.

Someone suggested moving to version 5.5.5 which solves this issue.

Start with the traceback at PyCharm's plugins/python/helpers-pro/jupyter_debug/pydev_jupyter_utils.py:64 and review the linked JetBrains issue, PY-50575. Reproduce debugging with ipykernel 6.3.1 and compare it with the reported 5.5.5 workaround. Done means PyCharm debugging connects successfully without requiring a downgrade.
