Dataset Title

Transects data 2024

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

HTqPCR results from eDNA field samples collected from the Maumee River. Spatial and temporal sampling was conducted, giving us a picture of how cyanbacterial toxins vary across time and space from May - October 2024. We used a targeted approach that included 9 cyanobacterial toxins, 4 fish species, 3 plant species, and 2 aquatic invertebrates, all considered biological threats in the Great Lakes and their waterways. I'm unsure if this data is suitable for the OBIS database, as it is derived from DNA observations and primarily reports occurrences of cyanobacterial toxin presence.

Info about "raw" Data Files.

Raw data is output from HTqPCR runs - we also have metadata with environmental conditions from each site.
