Dataset Title
NOAA Ocean Exploration EX2301 Annotations
Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.
I have a dataset with observational data and associated metadata (timestamp when organism is seen in video, position, depth, and environmental sensor data). I am not sure how to reformat this dataset into a Darwin Core format to prepare for OBIS submission and would like some help understanding Darwin Core and the requirements so I can reformat my dataset appropriately

Info about "raw" Data Files.
The "raw" data is a .tsv that should contain all of the required fields, but they are not formatted for Darwin Core standards.
