Dataset Title

SWNB species diversity imagery survey

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

I am working with underwater imagery data identifying ~40 taxa groups (to lowest possible identification) or species from still imagery in southwest New Brunswick (Canada) taken in 2016-2017. I am curious if we can report taxa groups and not just species, and what the best way is to report ~40 observations from one location (~40 taxa described from each image, of which there are >5000 images analyzed).

Info about "raw" Data Files.

The raw data is a large excel file with >5000 images (rows) and >40 taxa described (columns), with primary substrate and location also provided.
