Describe your dataset and any specific requests.
Published flow cytometry data to OBIS following the guidelines as published in "Standards and best practices for reporting flow cytometry observations - a technical manual" by Neeley et al., (v1.0 2022). Code and source files can found under "Data and Resources" in the metadata record.
Would appreciate any comments, suggestions, feedback and questions to improve the standardized data and metadata.
edit: There are two terms that I have requested controlled vocab for with NVS, will update the OBIS data when these terms have been created.
