Dataset Title

Benthic eDNA communities in Amvrakikos Wetlands: Amvrakikos Gulf and Rodia, Tsoukalio, Logarou and Mazoma lagoons (May 2019)

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

I am working with eDNA derived data from two genes (16S rRNA and COI). The sequence data are not public yet. One of the issues I am thinking of is whether I should prepare two different datasets, i.e. one for each gene, or if they should be better combined in one dataset. Overall, I need some help to prepare the DwC file in an efficient way as each datasets comprises of several thousand OTUs/ASVs.
