Dataset Title

2022 Flow Cytometry Data

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

Following recently documented best practices for documenting and standardizing flow cytometry data. As the majority of eukaryotes are not found in WoRMS, it seems the best approach is to link observations to standardized microbial groups found here. With this approach I am not sure whether I am able to capture/standardize all the relevant data for data users.
