how to customize Run command

Hi,

When I press Run -> iOS for example I get this command running:


`pnpm exec pnpm build && pnpm exec cap copy ios && pnpm exec cap run ios --target=9AA1BC5C-79D1-4AFD-8360-7327F7B11D7A --live-reload --port=8100 --host=192.168.1.29 & pnpm exec vite --no-open --host=192.168.1.29 --port=8100`

Which effectively runs `build` command defined in `package.json`.

How can I run `run-build` command defined in `package.json` instead when I press any of the `Run` buttons?
I just want to set `--mode development` flag for Vite when I use `Run` buttons. Or I would like to set some env var, if thats is easier to achieve.

I believe I can override `build` command, but that will override it for the Project -> Build button as well.
