Feature Request - Configuration for the Android/iOS shortcut

I'd like to configure the shortcuts of starting the Android or iOS application. important would be to set the project and the configuration parameters.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the extension commands that launch Android and iOS applications, then trace how project and configuration parameters are currently supplied; done means both shortcuts can be configured with those values and the behavior is covered by the relevant tests.
