Automatic pick default project in the sidebar in multi-app project

I'm using a mono repo and has a root multi-app Ionic config file at the root of the repository, the CLI and everything works correctly. It'd be nice that the extension knows to pick the default project and shows on top automatically on the sidebar, too. Current it shows all of my packages in my monorepo and sorted alphabetically.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the sidebar project-discovery code and the handling of the root multi-app Ionic config, then compare it with how the CLI identifies the default project. Done means a multi-app monorepo shows its configured default project first in the sidebar while still listing the other packages.
