bug: full swipe expandable item does not work

### Current Behavior

If you try to swipe an `` that is expandable, it won't fully swipe and trigger ion-swipe event.

### Expected Behavior

It should fully swipe and emit event, like gmail app does.

Open the demo on mobile device:

Try to swipe item fully across screen.

Reproduce the issue in the item-sliding expandable-options demo at the Ionic documentation URL, using a mobile device as described. Trace the item-sliding implementation and its swipe handling, then verify that a full swipe expands across the screen and emits the ion-swipe event.
