Description

We should always be able to specify an animation and a direction, even if the route is replaced or popped from the stack, and even if that route was already animated using another animation.

The current behaviour on Vue at least only permits new animations to be used on 'push', but the old animations will always be used on 'pop' and 'replace' if "returning" from a view already present on the stack.

This is not ideal as it prevents developers from always having control over app animations (and also it leads to weird user behaviour since animations are cues to the user anyway)
