bug: Modal with presentingElement and condensed page header animation is broken

### Steps to Reproduce

combine two examples https://ionicframework.com/docs/api/modal#setting-a-boolean-value and https://ionicframework.com/docs/api/header#condensed-header will result in header not displaying correctly when modal is open
