### Prerequisites

### Ionic Framework Version

- [ ] v4.x
- [ ] v5.x
- [X] v6.x

### Current Behavior

When swiping quickly in a datetime implementation that has a min/max set, the month will reset its scroll position immediately when you swipe quickly vs. smoothly animating when you slowly drag towards the disabled month and release.

### Expected Behavior

The swipe animation should be consistent regardless of quickly swiping or slowly swiping.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an implementation using datetime
2. Set a min/max range
3. Swipe slowly from a month within the range to a month outside the range
4. Release the touch gesture
5. Notice the animation is smooth back to the month within the range
6. Repeat the swipe gesture in the same direction, but rapidly swiping
7. Notice the animation immediately repaints in the start position, flickering the display
