feat: textarea should have autocomplete and autocorrect props

### Describe the Feature Request

Add `autocomplete` and `autocorrect` properties to `ion-textarea`.

### Describe the Use Case

Input has autocomplete and autocorrect props, but Textarea does not. Both props are available on native `` elements, so we should add the props too.
