Research direction

Start by reproducing the behavior in the provided Ionic Vue template on an iOS PWA: open and close the keyboard, touch the header, and scroll. Compare scrolling before and after the keyboard interaction, using the listed @ionic/vue components and version information as context. Done means scrolling behaves normally after the keyboard is opened and closed.
