feat: Native Stepper component

# Feature Request - Requesting for a stepper component

**Describe the Feature Request**

Most applications normally include one or more steppers. Stepper is an awesome component which may give a better user experience. I am currently using the angular material for stepper control since there is no way component in the Ionic components.

**Describe Preferred Solution**

I would like to suggest implementing a stepper component which will be ideal to have separate views or stylings in iOS, Android and Electron. This can be like the split pane

**Additional Context**

In functionality wise this can be a vertical stepper as well as a horizontal stepper
