The Ionic CLI information around the `ionic capacitor run` and `ionic capacitor build` does not reflect what the `--prod` option applies to (Angular only).

We should clarify the documentation, as `vue-cli-service build` creates a production build by default.

Note: We may decide to look into the `--prod` option in the CLI and see if there is a way to apply it consistently for each major framework we support.
