eslint errors in vue "build your first app" tutorial

**What is missing or inaccurate about the content on this page?**
Following the tutorial is miserable due to constant eslint errors... Very hard to learn a new framework when you have to debug eslint issues after every step. The links at the bottom for the version and "contribute" are also broken.
