Document that you can pass vite flags when running ionic capacitor run android -l --external

I struggled to find a way to pass in vite flags when running ionic capacitor run android -l --external The only way I figured out that you can use '--' was to use chatgpt and passing flags like 'mode' to vite can be done with ionic capacitor run android -l --external -- --mode staging

There is a small blurb on the 'capacitor serve' command:

> Options not listed below are considered advanced and can be passed to the Angular CLI using the -- separator after the Ionic CLI arguments. See the examples.

But that feels Angular CLI specific, and it doesn't really get to the point that vite flags CAN be passed in.
